鍋爐節能控制系統(EAST-2),是專門為工業、供熱鍋爐製作的一套節能控制系統,包括對燃煤鍋爐的鼓引風機變頻控制、補水泵、爐排的改造,及鼓引風機變頻、爐排週速、補水系統設計及燃氣鍋爐節能改善措施。平均節電率達到30-50%,並能明顯改善控制效果,提高設備自動化水平,實現集中控制。還包括對燃油燃氣鍋爐燃燒的控制,能節約10%左右的燃料。



  1. 顯著的節能效果:該系統運用優化的數學模式和控制算法,實現了對鍋爐運行參數的自動檢測和實時優化控制,減少了風機水泵能耗,有效地提高了燃煤效果,降低煙塵黑度。

  2. 改善設備運行工況:該系統實行鼓、引風壓差比控制,控制鍋膛的風煤比,保證燃燒的最優化。

  3. 提高系統安全可靠性:該系統對給水控制實現自動調節給水量,使其適應蒸發量的變化並保持汽泡中的水位在工藝要求的範圍內。

  4. 採用軟起動方式,減少對電網的沖擊,保證機組正常運行,有效減輕風機水泵葉輪的磨損、延長設備使用壽命,提高了系統設備利用率。



本公司通過對三台20噸鍋爐的節能改造,鼓、引風機總功率為330千瓦,改造後節電量超過100萬 度,系統節電率達55.6%,投資可在2至3年內收回成本。



工業鍋爐節能控制系統適用於煤粉、造紙廠、熱電廠、啤酒廠、化工廠、水泥廠、鋼鐵廠等鍋爐系統。


The Industrial Boiler Control Energy Saving System (EAST-2) uses frequency adjustment control and improved measures for air-compressor, wind blaster in coal-burning blowers; water pumps and blower exhaust; boiler exhaust speed control, water refilling system design and gas burning boiler. Its average power saving rate is 30-50%. With marked improvement in control effectiveness, it increases equipment automation levels and achieves integrated control. Moreover, it can reduce fuel consumption by up to 10% for oil and gas burning boilers.

  1. Apparent energy conservation effectiveness: the system employs advanced mathematical calculations and control methods, achieves automated inspecting, testing and on-line improved control of operating parameters for the boiler. It reduces energy consumption of wind-blaster and water pump and increases fuel burning efficiency, hence reducing black-fume effect.

  2. Improves equipment's operating capacity: the system controls the air-compression, wind-blaster pressure ratio and the air-fuel ratio inside the combustion chamber ensuring the optimization of fuel combustion.

  3. Increases system reliability: the system provides an automatic water supply adjustment control mechanism which enables the unit to adapt to changes under evaporation and to maintain the water levels required within the technical parameters.

  4. Employs soft-starting methods, reduces electrical impedence, ensuring normal operation of mechanical components. It protects the motor and increases its lifespan.



The total power intake on three 20-tonne boilers of the air-compressor wind blaster was 330KwH before installation. After installing the energy control system, the power saving was over 100KwH. The system achieved a power reduction rate of 55.6%. The payback period was 2 to 3 years.



This system is suitable for boiler systems in industries such as coal mining, paper mill, power plant, brewing company, chemical factory, cement factory and steel plant.
